68 anak tangga ye..hari ni je dah 5kali turun naik..sikit ye...cuba anda mendaki 68 anak tangga sehari sebanyak 5kali dan rasakan betapa peritnya kepala lutut dan betapa semputnya nafas ni..
ok, it is good exercise, u got the point.
maybe not yet used to it...all the while my office is on the land (memangla atas tanah?), and single storey terrace house also on the land (bahaha).
the most stairs I climbed was during uni time..
3rd floor residence college, and hundreds of stairs to laboratory, lecture hall..
okla sekarang kurus dan slim..kalau dah bulat macam gambar kt bwh mcmane?
